  • Communication data: messages you send through the platform, support requests, and contact form submissions.
How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To send transactional SMS messages (verification codes, 2FA codes, and security alerts). See our SMS Messaging Terms for details.
  • To send email notifications related to your account and activity.
  • To process billing and payments.
  • To respond to your support inquiries.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
SMS & Phone Number Data

When you provide your phone number, we use it solely for:

  • Sending verification codes to confirm your phone number.
  • Sending two-factor authentication (2FA) codes during login.
  • Sending security-related confirmation codes (enable/disable 2FA, unlink phone).

We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is stored securely and retained only as long as it is associated with your account. You may remove your phone number at any time from your Profile Settings.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: third-party companies that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery via Azure Communication Services, payment processing via Stripe). These providers process data only on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
